2.Intellectual property

All patents, design rights, copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) and all content (in our website and application) available through our platform remains vested in Virtual Studio 360 Pvt Limited
The titles, images, logos and slogans identifying Virtual Studio 360 are under strict copyright, trademark and design rights of Virtual Studio 360 Pvt Limited. If any reproduction is brought to our notice, strict legal actions will be taken.
No user is given the right to use the designs or ideas from our platform in commercial, public spaces, online and offline.
We specifically agree in writing, no element of our products may be used or exploited in any way other than as part of the authorization made available to you. You may own the physical media on which elements of our products are made available to you, but we retain complete ownership of the Virtual Studio 360 intellectual property

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions are legally binding all your actions on our platform. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please refrain from accessing and using our platform and availing of our services.

The email address/mobile phone number provided at the time of registration should be active and accessible. Any accounts registered with unidentified or inactive email addresses/ phone numbers will be closed without prior notice.
All details to access your account on our website, need to be kept safe. The password should not be disclosed or shared with anyone. In the case of unprecedented access to your information by anyone, you should immediately inform us at support@virtualstudios360.com
You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password or other account information, or another person’s name or likeness, or provide false details for a parent or guardian.
You will be responsible to keep all the above-mentioned information safe and confidential after you become a registered user.
In case of an identified security breach, we will inform you to change the password or suspend your account temporarily.
As you register to our platform using your email address or phone number, we will have your consent to contact you through emails, phone calls, SMS, Whatsapp, other Social Media with updates on subscription, services or promotional content.
You should adhere to all applicable laws and rules regarding the use of our website and application. Considering the universal nature of the internet, all local, state, national and international laws remain attached.

3. Service Terms

Though we aim to provide a hassle-free service experience, we cannot assure fault-free functioning. When you face any unpredicted break in services, please do contact us immediately at support@virtualstudio360.com
Our application and website may have to undergo occasional repairs, maintenance or updations. This will bring a temporary restriction to your access, which will be restored without continued delays.

4. Suspending Blocking or Cancelling registration

If we find that you have breached the terms and conditions of our company, we have the legal right to suspend or cancel your subscription without any prior notice.
If we find that a subscription has been compromised or is involved in any form of fraudulent activities, we will be suspending or cancelling the subscription at our own discretion. This will be devoid of any financial liabilities from the company.
In any of the following instances (not limited to), Virtual Studio 360 Pvt Limited has the legal rights to block your account, if you :
1. modify our products, including, but not limited to, by removing identification, copyright or other proprietary notices from the Virtual Studio 360 Products, or by framing, mirroring, or utilizing similar techniques.
2. access or use our products in a manner that suggests an association with our products, services or brands.
3. use our products in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement; and
4. allow third parties to violate the above restrictions.

5. Payment Terms

Sales are made by Virtual Studio 360 or the authorized seller identified at the time of sale, if different. If you have questions about your order, please contact the seller at the address provided and they will assist you. Some digital storefronts on the Virtual Studio 360 are operated by franchisees and, in that case, different or additional sale terms may apply, which you should read when they are presented to you.
When you provide any payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of changes to the payment information. Any case of illegality will be dealt with according to the law prevailing in the region of sale.

Virtual Studio 360 and related subsidiaries (collectively, “VS360” “we” or “us”) are pleased to provide to you certain products, services, applications, which may be branded VS360 or another brand owned or licensed by Virtual Studio 360. Virtual Studio is a brand of Rapheal Film City
